​Over decades of practicing architecture, we kept noticing the same thing: the building industry is broken. Architects, contractors, and owners often have competing interests, and the gaps between these groups are poorly defined and unnecessarily expensive. That’s why we spent the last two decades using our skills and experience to bridge that gap.

The result is Infill Studio, a multi-disciplinary design and development studio.  We’ve learned that the early planning stages of a project have the most significant impact on its outcome. This is where ideas can be explored, evaluated, and refined at a fundamental level—without the costly revisions and rework that come later.

Our process is efficient, collaborative, and transparent. We explore and test design options to uncover the hidden potential of each project. These options are then refined into a clearly defined deliverable that aligns the vision of the entire project team—whether it’s the owner, architect, builder, financier, municipality, or end user. Every project comes with its own unique challenges, and our tailored process is designed to identify and solve for these variables.
